when I receive a call sometimes the display is off and I can’t respond.
I’ve try to pressing the power button, but it close the call.
I’ve sent you a email and you told me to reset the phone with the factory settings.
I’ve done this operation, but the problem is not solved.

pls check the star B63M if it has Proximity Sensor. when the device close the ear ,the phone screen will turn off ,when it is far away the ear ,the screen will light up,if your phone function like that ?
