1)poke the "reset hole "
2)press the "home key"+"power on key"+"return key"
  long press these 3 keys together
  the windows will show "android system recovery (ze)"  page
  then choose the second option "apply SD card :update.zip"
3)next,press the "menu key" again. the windows will show "android system recovery (ze) "again. then choose "wipe data /factory reset " .
 again press "menu key", when the windows will show another page "comfirm wipe of all"
 choose "yes ---delete all user data"
 next,repress the "menu key ".
 you will see the interface "android system  recovery untility"
 click the "reboot system now "
 then ,press the menu key
4)flash over ,the system will automatically reboot .
