habe ein Kiphone 4gs. Wenn ich telefoniere, dann kann ich weder den Lautsprecher noch die Tastatur aktivieren. Habe auch sonst mit dem Touch screen Probleme, der reagiert nicht.

This is arguably the best place to buy Chinese mobile phones. I admire your effort and would like to suggest couple of things i feel are missing from this platform.

So here goes.
Make another website, with a friendly domain name and better layout, like buydirect.com or chinamobiles.com etc. Because lets be honest, fastcardtech.com is dumb name for a website that sell mobile phones, or for any product to that matter. and what is this, 'your honest pal' with a picture of PANDA??? please research a little and check out the layouts of the popular electronics websites, they are all professional looking and user friendly and they don't use a cartoony panda for their logo!! Also the layout is rather fake looking and not very user friendly. For example your 'new product' area shows the same old phones and i have to click 'wifi support' under 'mobile phones' to look at the new models available on your website. Also your 'best seller' area is a joke, how can those crappy phones be best sellers. So please try to fix it and try adding a new tab/page called 'latest products. or something like that. Also adding a forum area to your website wont be a bad idea, where customers can post there experiences and post applications/games for your mobile phones etc.

These are the honest suggestions from one of your customer, so i hope you will take appropriate actions. and if other users reading his, hopefully they will agree with me.So fellas, who is with me on this? And believe me you definitely need a better looking website with easy and mainstream sounding domain name! :)
