Term for shipping service:
1.To avoid damages during the shipping, we use thick packages and foam bag for shipping.
 
2. We use these shipment service for ship your package for now:
 
EMS (Express Mail Service) estimated shipping time is 4-8 business days once your package has left the shipping company.
Allow 2-3 business days to receive your tracking# information once your payment is made.

FEDEX DHL UPS Express FFEDEX Group is the world's leading delivery and postal service provider. They deliver in 3-6 business day(door to door service)in over 200 countries.

PLEASE NOTE:We use HongKong express agent company send FEDEX DHL UPS PACK for not let buyer pay high tax, But this will cost more 1-2 business days update.
 
Registed airmail service for world-wide Airmail will take US,CA,UK,AU&NZ ---(10-30 Business Days),Europe (Expect East+North Euro) & Asia ---(15-40 Business Days),South America & Rest of the World ---(20-50 Business Days). Please allow 3 to 5 business days to receive your tracking information. When you order   goods, only choosing Registered Airmail SERVICE will be acceptable for Free. If you choose other shipment service, system will atuomatically charge shipment fee.
PLEASE NOTE:For some high% will lost airmail package country we not offer Airmail ship service. If buyer insist on for use registed airmail service for high cost product we have right to refund buyer ask pay again only by accept Westernuion Moneygram BankTT payment for order.
3. Shipping cost is given to you by our payment center once you confirm your purchase. Shipping cost varies depending on weight of package and destination.
 
4. We are not held responsible for all lost or any damages occurring during the shipping, we strongly suggest our customers to pay for the extra insurance fee.
This way in a rare case a lost or damage on a package, you are fully protected by the insurance. But it not you must need pay, please think for risky and decide if need pay it.
 
5. We are in no way responsible for import taxes, hold package refund, rules, regulations, policies or values that you may be charged by your country. It’s the buyer’s resposibility to comply with their country laws. Every country has its laws to which their citizens shall abide by. We do not make or interpretate these laws.
 
6.For avoid some custom problems or negative shipment service in some countries, we have right to change shipment service as we suggest. Due to this reason we will charge extra fee or short fee from buyer.  If disagreed, we
accept for refund and cancel order.

7.If the buyer does not receive parcels for their own factors (eg, not at home, move), resulting parcel returned to us. Buyers must pay the return shipping costs + customs Import Fee. if the buyer still needs package, you can re-pay the freight fee we will reship to buyer, if the buyer does not pay the above fees, it will be deemed to give up the parcel, In this case, due to cost considerations (Return freight is full price without any discount, so price is very high)
We may give up the package in china customs office.

Dear sir, Your package we shipped out, but due to these days chirst mas (because of ems stock too much goods they refuse for accept company account pacakges from DEC 23- 28)and new year and long time holiday reason (Jan 1-5 is china new year holiday)it stuck in customs office not update, Sorry let you worry , it should will update in 2-3days max.
